These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jeetabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered at jeetabet. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jeetabet and close your account. Access to the Platform is a privilege, not a right, and jeetabet reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any individual at its sole discretion.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the promotional document shall take precedence only with respect to that specific promotion.

jeetabet provides online sports betting, live casino, slots, e-sports betting, fishing games, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. The Platform currency is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the symbol ৳.

jeetabet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, although material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-account notifications or email. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. Your continued use of jeetabet following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full range of services available on jeetabet, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to keep this information up to date for the duration of your account's active status.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a jeetabet account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jeetabet enforces strict age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another individual.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on jeetabet. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or direct family member of a jeetabet employee or contractor.
• You have not been self-excluded or voluntarily closed your account under a permanent exclusion agreement with jeetabet.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetabet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party under any circumstances. jeetabet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeetabet support immediately at support@jeetabet. We will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetabet is committed to responsible operations and may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on jeetabet — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.

• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on the issuing bank.
• jeetabet does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding of accounts is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• jeetabet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

Currency & Exchange Rates

All balances, bets, and payouts on jeetabet are maintained in BDT. For card transactions where the issuing bank processes in a different currency, any exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees, or conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player. jeetabet has no control over exchange rates applied by third-party financial institutions.

jeetabet regularly offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are offered at jeetabet's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page. A typical wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawing).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including via a duplicate account — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• jeetabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used only after real-money balance is exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino, slots, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages — consult the specific promotion page for details.
• Bonuses may carry minimum odds restrictions for qualifying sports bets. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses not activated or wagered within the stated expiry period (typically 7–30 days) will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

jeetabet runs special promotions tied to key events in the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity windows. Players should review all promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.

All sports bets placed on jeetabet are governed by the rules applicable to the relevant sport or competition, as published on the sports betting section of the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have done so.

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are subject to acceptance by jeetabet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message and a bet reference number is issued to your account.
• jeetabet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds due to technical errors or pricing mistakes.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay period. Bets that are placed after an outcome has already been determined (for example, due to a data feed delay) may be voided at jeetabet's discretion.

Erroneous Odds

jeetabet makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of published odds at all times. In the event that a bet is placed at odds that were published in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — jeetabet reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the player's account. Where clearly erroneous odds have been exploited systematically, jeetabet may additionally review and void the entire relevant session's betting activity.

Live Casino & Slots

All live casino games and slot titles available on jeetabet are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules of each game are governed by the rules published within the game interface by the respective provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the outcome of the hand or spin in progress will be determined according to the game provider's published disconnection policy.

Result Disputes

If you believe a bet settlement or game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jeetabet support within 30 days of the relevant event date. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. jeetabet's decision following an investigation of any dispute shall be final and binding.

jeetabet maintains the integrity of its platform through active monitoring and enforcement. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets that exploit pricing differences between jeetabet and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Use of automated tools — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform without express written permission from jeetabet.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in live casino games or poker (where available) to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other participants.
• Match fixing — placing bets in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event, or sharing information about such manipulation.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place bets on jeetabet. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the relevant financial institution and may result in legal proceedings.
• Account sharing or transfer — sharing access to your account with any other person, or attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your account to a third party.

jeetabet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, extended inactivity, or at the player's own request. The circumstances under which account actions are taken are described below.

Suspension by jeetabet

An account may be temporarily suspended while jeetabet investigates a potential breach of these Terms or a payment dispute. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. jeetabet will aim to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days of suspension.

Termination by jeetabet

If jeetabet determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, the account may be permanently closed. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. jeetabet will communicate the reasons for termination to the player's registered email address where legally permitted to do so.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their jeetabet account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@jeetabet. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. jeetabet will notify the player via email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to the account balance to cover account maintenance costs. If the balance reaches zero and the account remains inactive, it will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from jeetabet for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently through the account settings panel or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be fully restricted and no new deposits or bets will be accepted. jeetabet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available continuously and free from errors, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be held liable for any losses arising from service downtime, technical faults, or data errors beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetabet's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jeetabet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if jeetabet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jeetabet service, you should first contact our customer support team at support@jeetabet. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may request escalation to a senior review. jeetabet's final decision following escalation is binding on both parties with respect to the subject matter of the complaint.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing. jeetabet makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of jeetabet complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in whole or in part by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the original agreement.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated and came into effect on 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the jeetabet player agreement. By continuing to use the Platform after this date, you confirm your acceptance of this version of the Terms.
